**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Shop Manager to oversee our workshop and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repairs, preparing estimates, and customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise shop staff and assign tasks accordingly

- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed

- Conduct quality control checks on finished products

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

- Train new employees on shop procedures and safety guidelines

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and repair

- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required

- Experience in assembling, welding, and fabricating metal components

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for using power tools

- Familiarity with auto body repair techniques

- Skill in airless paint spraying techniques
