**Job Summary:**
We are a two doctor practice that needs another Veterinarian to help keep our busy practice humming. We have wonderful clients that entrust the care of their beloved pets to us. We strive to meet and exceed their needs. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical and surgical care to these pets while also building strong client relationships. The practice sees dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and pocket pets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough physical examinations on animals to diagnose health conditions
- Perform medical procedures including vaccinations, surgeries, and dental work
- Prescribe medications and create treatment plans for sick or injured animals
- Educate pet owners on preventive care and nutrition
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Collaborate with the other two veterinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care
**Skills:**
- Veterinary medicine and surgery for multiple species
- Cutting edge knowledge and the quest for learning
-Knowledge of acupuncture and herbals are a plus
-Use of ultrasound daily at point of care
