Caron Signs is looking for a skilled sign fabricator/installer to join our team! As a sign fabricator/installer, you will be responsible for fabricating, producing and installing all types of high quality signs, (including vehicle decals/wraps, wall graphic, vinyl signs and dimensional signs), as well as, interacting with our customers in a professional and courteous manner. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual that can see through the production and installation of custom signs from start to finish. Qualifications:

• Must be a team player and able to follow direction
• Driven to succeed and grow in their field.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders while carrying signs for installation.
• Must be willing to learn.
• Previous experience with vinyl graphic installation a plus.
• basic graphic design (familiar with Adobe Illustrator) a plus.
• welding experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create signs using various substrates.
• Mask, weed, and apply vinyl to various substrates.
• Must be comfortable using a utility blade, power tools, tape measures, and other production tools.
• Willingness and ability to learn to properly use laminators, routers, plotters, panel saws, large format printers, and other pieces of equipment.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed.
• Reliable transportation required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
