**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Substance Abuse Nurse (LPN Preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide medical support to individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders.

Duties

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Document patient information, symptoms, and observations in medical records

- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of patient information

Qualifications

- Valid LPN license in the state of KY

- Knowledge of medication administration

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
