Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe environment in our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain floor care by buffing, polishing, and refinishing surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with other facilities maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships or volunteer positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.65 - $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

• Boone, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
