We are seeking a determined, no excuses team player to join our high volume office. We provide comprehensive training and team collaboration so you won't be left high and dry.

Overview of Job tasks include: MULTI-TASKING and PROBLEM SOLVING!! You must be able to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, and enforce office policies and procedures for our patients to ensure they get the most of their care in our office. You will be responsible for handling the front desk, advertising promotions, and much more! You will be the face of our office!

Qualities and attributes of a candidate: The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and accurate. They must be willing to follow the rules and organization of our office. You must be able to multi-task and problem solve in the moment. It is very important that you are friendly and extroverted to be able to really make a relationship with our patients! You must be able to function well and move quickly in a high volume office. There is a full training course in place.

Important things to note: This is a full time position with long shifts in a high volume, fast paced office. Occasional weekends are a MUST. It is NOT recommended for anytime who is looking for part time work or anyone who is enrolled in school to apply. We are looking for a LONG-TERM FULL-TIME member to join us. Hours (There is lunch hour provided mid-day on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays): **Subject to change temporarily during hiring AND training process so once trained, these are the hours to be followed**

• Monday 7:30am-7:15pm
• Tuesday 8:30am-4pm
• Wednesday 7:30am-7:15pm
• Thursdays 12pm-7:15pm
• Fridays 7am-1:30pm

**OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
