We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hookah Server at EZ Kebab. As a Hookah Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving hookah, assisting customers with selecting flavors, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and set up hookah heads (bowls) according to customer preferences and safety standards.

2. Educate customers on hookah flavors, blends, and options available.

3. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner and offering recommendations as needed.

4. Monitor hookah pipes throughout the service, ensuring they are properly lit and maintained.

5. Refill hookah bowls and change coals as necessary to maintain quality and freshness.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hookah area, including regularly cleaning hookah pipes and accessories.

7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding hookah service and tobacco handling.

11. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking hookah supplies.

Requirements:

1. Must be 21 years of age

2. Previous experience in hookah service or a similar hospitality role preferred.

3. Knowledge of hookah flavors, brands, and equipment is desirable.

4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

7. Must be of legal smoking age and familiar with local laws and regulations regarding tobacco use.

8. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

9. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
