Heyday Homes has a new opening for a Marketing Manager who will be an integral part of the team and a strategic thought partner to the CEO. 

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing marketing strategy and systems for Heyday Homes (@heyday.homes / heydayhomes.com) and growing our in-person and online community of professional women. 

Your primary focus will be to lead initiatives to maximize the lifetime value of our clients by leveraging best-in-class direct marketing vehicles, advancing our lifecycle marketing programs, and building our community of professional women.

You will be instrumental in enhancing client communications and ensuring that our marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated across all channels, including building awareness and generating leads for Heyday Homes and its sister companies, managing social media marketing, content creation, events, digital ads, email marketing, brand partnerships, and community engagement, online and through 40 in-person events per year.

Compensation:

$80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

If you have a wide range of lifecycle marketing experience building, implementing, and managing marketing systems, building community online and in person, planning and executing experiential events, and creating and implementing marketing and branding strategies, all while helping to develop the foundation for a growing business, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, be able to take initiative without waiting for direction, be learning-based, and able to work hands-on in the business, while also developing and documenting the systems for the future. 

This full-time role is based out of Lincoln Park in downtown Chicago. Evening and weekend availability is required to attend frequent in-person community events. 

The ideal candidate has a passion for real estate design, building community, client experience, leadership, systems, and marketing, as well as the desire to grow as a leader in an entrepreneurial team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy - Spearheaded the strategy and execution of direct marketing across multiple channels including email, direct mail, SMS, and push notifications to drive client engagement, conversion, and growth.
  • Project Management & Operations - Oversee the project management of all marketing functions; manage the CRM, create lead funnels, create and execute campaigns, and oversee the technologies and automation that drive leads and sales; create and maintain a marketing manual that documents all systems and standards for events and marketing; track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing; track sales numbers and report weekly. 
  • Strategic Brand Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as local businesses, media partners, sponsors, community organizations, and influencers, to maximize brand exposure and drive collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • Client & Community Engagement: Innovate and scale our lifecycle marketing program to enhance client retention and loyalty; enhance client communication, ensuring that our messaging fosters deep client loyalty and engagement while aligning with our brand values; create and manage a membership/ambassador program through the creation of user-generated content, client stories, testimonials, and referrals.
  • Database Management : Collaborate with CEO and team to ensure CRM systems are efficiently utilized, integrated, and updated to enhance their potential for marketing campaigns; track database growth and oversee implementation of the customer relationship management (CRM) system to nurture and enhance relationships with past client database as well as new inbound leads; build and oversee all workflows, make sure all leads are on appropriate follow-up plans/campaigns.
  • Event Planning & Marketing: Collaborate with brand partners, sponsors, and marketing coordinator to plan and execute all aspects of 5-6 in-person events a month. Work closely with the CEO to market each event, ensure we hit our participant goal, and add all event leads into our sales funnel. 
  • Graphic Design: Create and produce all marketing materials for a variety of stakeholders, including listing brochures, social media content, email newsletters, and event invitations, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry regulations and Keller Williams policies.
  • Social Media Ads Management: Manage social editorial calendar and lead publishing of all social media content to connect with target audiences; build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and high-reach fans on social media channels; develop and monitor Google and Meta Ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads for the business.
  • Photography Videography : Assist with basic photography, videography, and editing for social media, YouTube, and email marketing campaigns. Plan and manage photo and video shoots as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in marketing, branding, event management, or non-profit (graduation year prior to 2017)
  • Strong experience managing a team and building systems to scale
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication skills, and project management skills.
  • Excellent at navigating computer software such as Google Drive, Slack, and CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented with high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a high level of responsiveness.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
