Heyday Homes has a new opening for a Lifecycle Manager who will be an integral part of the team and a strategic thought partner to the CEO.

Your Mission

Though you may be working on several projects within the organization, your primary responsibilities are planning, directing, and implementing marketing strategies and systems for Heyday Homes and building our in-person and online community of professional women. 

As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will OWN creation and execution of our marketing strategy by leading initiatives to maximize the lifetime value of our clients by leveraging best-in-class direct marketing vehicles, advancing our lifecycle marketing programs and building our community online and through in-person events. You will be instrumental in enhancing client communications and ensuring that our marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated across all channels. 

This position requires a well-organized individual who is extremely detail-oriented, with a passion for thinking outside the box and staying ahead of the latest marketing trends. Equal appreciation for analyzing data and using creativity is a must. Your daily activities will be focused on building awareness through our 40 events per year for women and families, generating leads for Heyday Homes and its sister companies, managing social media marketing, content creation, events, digital ads, email marketing, brand partnerships and community engagement.

You will also be responsible for updating and managing our CRM, so familiarity (or the ability to get up to speed quickly) with real estate specific customer relationship management software and a host of other digital marketing tools and platforms is necessary.

The successful Lifecycle Marketing Manager will have a wide range of marketing experience building, implementing, and managing marketing systems, building community online and in person, planning and executing experiential events, and creating and implementing marketing and branding strategies, all while helping to develop the foundation for a growing business.

You will be directly reporting to Heyday Homes’ CEO and regularly collaborating with our leadership team. This full-time role is based out of Lincoln Park in downtown Chicago. Evening and weekend availability is required to attend frequent in-person community events.
