About the Role:

As a Commercial Account Manager at Leif Johnson Ford, your role will be to manage and grow our commercial fleet sales business, providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our corporate clients. Your ability to connect with businesses, understand their requirements, and present solutions that align with their fleet needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master our product offerings and represent Leif Johnson Ford's values and services with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Engage in proactive lead generation and relationship building, setting appointments, and expanding our business client base.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory action plan, utilizing data analysis to optimize sales approaches and techniques.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring top-notch service and exploring new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, providing clear and compelling presentations to potential fleet buyers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fleet or automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various audiences.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and building long-lasting business relationships.
  • Technological proficiency, particularly with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • A team player with a detail-oriented approach and a drive for continuous improvement.
