RSU5 is seeking a dynamic principal for Freeport Middle School, located in one of the state’s premier districts. Freeport Middle School enrolls approximately 289 students in grades 6-8 in Freeport.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with staff, middle school students, and their families. They must demonstrate being a system thinker, use data effectively, and facilitate professional growth, ensuring a path of continuous improvement for all students and staff.

Requirements:
(040) - Building Administrator Certification from Maine Dept. of Education.
Master’s Degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years teaching and/or administrative experience.
