Division9 is one of the leading companies in our field in the area. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to succeed in the role of Cabinet Scheduler. This role is a full-time hourly position with the responsibility to schedule the workflow of cabinets in an efficient, cost-effective manner that will maximize job profitability while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities of the Cabinet Scheduler:

• Schedules team daily workflow.
• Schedules installation of cabinets with builders/homeowners and project managers for jobs to meet required time frames.
• Coordinate times for any/all repairs and/or service with customers.
• Manage and schedule warranty claims.
• Communicate with Installers as needed.
• Communicate with customers to confirm scheduled date/time.
• Email reminders to customers or clients when appropriate.
• Utilize the clients respective scheduling systems to view current jobs, communicate with the construction manager, schedule installations etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Answers emails, schedules, confirm appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.

Qualifications for Scheduler

• Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
• Minimum of 1 year of SupplyPro or equilivent experience
• Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working as a company team member.
• Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks.
• Have an eye for detail and organization.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as customers.
• Excellent problem solving follow up and attention to detail and accuracy skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
