As our Guest Room Supervisor - Housekeeping Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Each day, you'll review housekeeping boards to ensure accurate room assignments and maintain impeccable room conditions. You'll lead by example, training staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety standards to create a safe and welcoming environment. Collaborating with the front desk team, you'll keep room statuses up-to-date and respond promptly to guest needs, showcasing our commitment to exceptional hospitality service. Your attention to detail will shine as you manage inventory, order supplies, and conduct quarterly linen inventories.
