Experience:
Sales experience required
Experience in In-Home Sales
Lead generation via personal networking
Must be flexible working weekend and evening appointments
Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest

High energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills
Must have access to reliable transportation
Applicants must be 18 years old or older with valid Driver License
Responsibilities:
You will lead from the front by participating in the sales process and soliciting qualified homes for solar
Attend weekly sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training as required
Pursue multiple inbound and outbound marketing initiatives including canvassing, , referral and personal marketing to source new solar clients
Analyzing site, electricity usage, customer wants and needs, and developing rapport to enable you to close the sale
Update company Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) with all pertinent data throughout the sales process
After sale is closed, effectively communicate and maintain client relationships
