Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a proven track record of success.

Duties:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales

- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM & social media via our third-party social media vendor, review and approve their content as well as creating your own

- Manage budgets for radio & TV advertising, PPC and LSA

- Manage websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc and create new profiles as we expand into new markets

- Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (can be waived depending on experience)

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms

- Proficient in print advertising, digital advertising, and product management

- Familiarity with analytics tools to track campaign performance

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
