TeamKleen LLC are seeking responsible, motivated individuals to join our team as a Team Member at a municipal facility. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in commercial janitorial services. This is a part time position working 4 hours Tuesday Evening ONLY 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. 4 hours per week, pay rate is $20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously sweep up and pick up vacated items.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in a timely manner.
• Remove trash from areas not accessible to trash collection equipment.
• Clean common areas such as restrooms, hallways, and conference rooms to ensure a clean environment for employees.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment throughout the building.
• Empty trash bins in offices and common areas.
• Carry out all duties in a safe manner

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to keep the facility clean and orderly.
• Ability to interact with staff, and visitors at facility while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
