Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills. Meet with New Clients, review their concerns/interests and provide treatment and product plan.
Explain other services offered in medspa, looking for cross referral and providing best plan for client's treatments and maintenance.
Greet & Check In Clients, positive disposition required.
Prepare their paperwork and/or consents to be filled out.
Answer Phones.
Make Appointments.
Answer phones.
Take payments.
Front desk responsibilities.
Problem solve and provide excellent customer service.
Keep office clean, tidy and restock supplies.
Before and After pics.
Make follow up phone calls and have ability to discuss packages and series and membership sale-marketing and social media expertise helpful.
