As a Hotel Guest Service Representative at our Marriott Residence Inn Tower Center, you will be responsible for maintaining and always promoting hospitality. You will provide excellent service to all guests at the hotel both in person at the desk and when responding to phone calls from both internal and external guests providing directions, suggestions and information about hotel and local services.

We are looking for a Hotel Guest/Customer Service Representative with a shining personality, and the ability to genuinely smile at the world, and a firm commitment to ensuring the best possible guest experience. You should also have solid decision-making, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. It is also important that you have excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with internal and external guests using patience, tact and diplomacy as necessary.
