At Attention 2 Detail Luxury Detailing, we are seeking an experienced high-end automotive customer service representative (BDC) who is willing to work hard to grow themselves into a lucrative and stimulating career at a rapidly growing luxury automotive business.

Experience in high-end automotive service or sales is a crucial prerequisite for success in this position.

The potential for growth depends on previous skills obtained through dealing with high-end clientele and complex customer needs within the automotive industry. Helps to have a good voice on the phone!

Future potential for growth in this position exceeds $100,000 in annual earnings. In order to reach this level, you will need to commit to doing whatever it takes to get there, such as conducting calls & lead management 7 days per week, staying late, coming in early, etc.

Initially, responsibilities will consist of:

• Outgoing Calls to Online Leads
• Develop Relationships with Large Accounts
• Cover Key Sales Points in Preparation for Consultations
• Scheduling In-person Consultations
• Answering Incoming Calls/Inquiries
• Client Data Entry

Compensation:

• Starting at $15/h
• Bonus opportunities based on consultation booking performance
• Commission earnings based on service bookings
