Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone with billing setup, online accounts, and communication preferences
  • Ensure customers can easily find policy information and reach us for assistance
  • Follow up with customers requiring billing support or reminders
  • Manage payments and respond to phone inquiries

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear, direct communicator with strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Passionate about relationship building and driven to meet customer needs
  • Bilingual skills are a major plus

Work Hours:
  • Part-time (20-25 hours/week)
  • Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
  • Flexible scheduling options available (e.g., 3 days a week or morning shifts)
