Yatooma Law, P.C. is a fully remote, multi-faceted law firm. Our main areas of practice include Commercial Litigation, Legal Malpractice, Business and Corporate Litigation, and Medical Malpractice. We are seeking an Intake Coordinator/Receptionist who can perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned to them.

• Manage intake of potential clients from beginning to end with attention to detail for information while providing empathetic communication skills
• Handle communication with clients and potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings and appointments
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software such as court-filing computer systems.
• Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in legal intakes is a plus.
