Position Title : Referral Coordinator
Hours are 10am - 7pm with occasional weekends*
This position records, processes referral, admission information, and documents in patient information database. The Referral Coordinator schedules registration / admission visits and prepares preadmission and admission paperwork as well as act as a liaison between patients / families, referral sources, physicians and admission staff.
They will also assist in distribution of admission information and report to primary teams and physicians. The Referral Coordinator assists in processing daily reports reflecting census and referral admission status.

You Have :
- High School or Equivalent,
- 1-2 years of experience in related healthcare position preferred.
- Customer service experience required.
- Valid Florida drivers license and insurance required.
