Road Tested Parts LLC is a processor and distributor of recycled, aftermarket, and rebuilt automotive body and mechanical components with partner locations all over the continental United States. We have serviced professional repair facilities for over 20 years, providing services to customers across North America, and South America with an extensive range of inventory of both foreign and domestic parts.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong sales background. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products

- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis - Utilize software systems to track customer interactions and sales progress

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Proficient in using software systems for tracking sales activities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales
