Position Purpose:
This role is designed to support our team in providing top-notch plumbing and drain cleaning services, guiding customers to informed decisions, and growing into a skilled technician within the plumbing industry.

Reports To:
General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Promptly respond to service calls, building customer rapport, and assisting them with their plumbing needs.
• Technical Assistance: Support in completing all plumbing and drain-related tasks, ensuring equipment is maintained and inventory is managed.
• Administrative Support: Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams, prepare estimates, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary, though a good work ethic and reliability are crucial.
• Clean driving record and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and a desire for professional growth.

Physical Requirements:
Includes wearing protective equipment, moderate lifting, and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
