Minimum Qualifications

Education: Technical Degree from Accredited ABET University.

Experience:

• 15 years of experience as a practicing professional (5 associated with major project work) in engineering and capital project management.
• Organized self-starter with the ability to handle large projects and prioritize workload.
• Experienced in stakeholder management, creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources, and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization required.
• Knowledge or experience with project management tools (project control, tracking and measurement), documentation tools, and reporting tools required.
• Knowledge of and experience in applying quality management principles
• Demonstrated experience in the development, oversight, and installation of capital projects.
• The ability to effectively communicate in written and spoken form, and to succinctly discuss complex technical systems to non-experts.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skill with clients and team members.
• Ability to interface with various levels of personnel in a multi-cultural, team-oriented environment.
