ABOUT THIS ROLE: you will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices, and deliverables that build customer loyalty. Among the responsibilities of the role are:

• Contract / Warranty Invoicing: Create monthly invoices for service contracts of 2D Wide Format equipment, including verifying pricing, customer billing criteria, contact information, etc.

• Meter Readings: Serve as the primary expert on customers’ printer meter readings. This includes reviewing the contract billing queue and ensuring accuracy. Work with customers to collect meter readings; either manually or by setting them up for automated meter readings (focus is on technology – not sales).

• Purchase Orders for Service Parts: Obtain vendor quotes and submit Purchase Orders for parts needed to repair 2D printers. Work with our Field Technicians to determine parts needed, pricing, quantities, shipping, and tracking status.

• Customer Quotations: Prepare Time and Material quotes for customer’s printer repair needs.

• Inventory Management: Prepare special reports to determine profitability and margins. Use Excel to import/export/edit pricing. Add inventory items as needed.

• Other duties as assigned: Willing to help in other areas, even if they’re not part of your daily responsibilities. These may include providing backup as needed for processing customer 2D merchandise orders and creating service cases for customer repair requests.

ABOUT THE SCHEDULE: we’re flexible! This position will start at around 30 hours/week and may eventually grow to 40 hours/week if you are interested in working additional time. Other substantial duties are available and will depend on how quickly you learn your core duties, and what other tasks you have an interest in, or experience doing.

This position will be based in our Fitchburg, WI location.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 2 years of recent experience in a customer service role in a professional/office environment.
• Experienced user of Office 365 including Excel.

Candidates most likely to move forward in the interview process will have these additional qualifications:

• Experience with accounting functions.
• Knowledge of contract administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience accurately processing complex orders with extensive data and steps.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Quality-minded -- motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate.
