Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent patient care and assisting the dental team in delivering quality dental services.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Handle general administrative and lab tasks
- Ensure the dental practice is clean, sterile, organized, and equipped
- Perform various office tasks as necessary

Requirements:

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
- Experience in general dentistry procedures
- Ability to assist with 3D scanning technology
- Knowledge of prosthodontics procedures
- Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately
- Skilled in four-handed dentistry techniques
- Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred
