Part-Time Middle School Art Teacher2024-202535.5 % FTEThe TSA Middle School seeks an Art Teacher who is available to teach in the afternoons from 12:30-3:15 M/T/Th/F starting in late August 2024. The successful candidate will have experience working with students and /or teaching at the K-8 level and experience in art and design. Responsibilities: Design and implement a middle school appropriate art curriculum.Order and purchase art supplies as needed throughout the year while staying within the allotted budget.Deliver and pickup ceramics (Tip Top Pottery, WRJ)Clean and maintain the art room. Maintain bulletin boards in hallways.Organize and hang art for annual science fair event.Create the Middle School Book at the end of the year for 8th grade.Assist in building props/sets for the annual Middle School Circus Program.Supervise art room volunteers during circus program.Salary: 14,350- 17,150 Annually
