Primary Responsibilities

• Report to work no later than 7:00am or as directed.
• Work as directed with team members to support the goals of Turf Magic.
• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Lifting 50 lb bags.
• Knowledge of how to use a tablet.
• Must wear PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Apply pesticides in a safe manner as trained.
• Walk each lawn applying fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides and pesticides.
• Identify lawn turf type, weeds, diseases, and pest.
• Communicate with customers and document products applied to their property.
• Educate customers on additional services that will benefit their property.
• Provide excellent customer service with good communication.
• Maintain clean vehicles and equipment in good operating condition.

Helpful Skills

• Manage time efficiently
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use iPad / iPhone
• Be organized to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Goal oriented to be a high level earner

Requirements

• You should be in good physical health and able to walk 5-7 miles per day.
• Maintain a valid Georgia Driver's license
• Obtain and maintain a DOT Certification to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Meet requirements of driving history subject to approval of insurance company.
• Maintain a professional appearance in company issued uniforms.

Pay Structure

• Highest hourly pay when compared to our competitors.
• Goal incentives for production.
• uncapped commissions for new sales and additional services sold.
• Choice of 8 or 10 hour shifts when available.
• We pay for experienced applicators (ask about our sign-on bonus)
