The Country School is seeking a Director of After School Program. The Country School is hiring a Director for our extended day “Owl’s Nest” and school vacation programs. The Director will assume the following responsibilities:

• serve as the main supervisor, 2:30 - 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
• manage the aftercare staff
• organize and update materials and resources needed during aftercare hours

The successful candidate will enjoy working with children ages 3 - 14, be a self-starter, have good references, and have the ability to communicate well via email. The Director will have a week off in December and a week in March, as well as the summer. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate.
