We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the AI/ML strategy, overseeing the development of cutting-edge solutions, and providing technical guidance to the team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate the overall AI/ML strategy for the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align AI/ML initiatives accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee end-to-end AI/ML projects, from conception to deployment.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions, meeting both technical and business requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise, guiding the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable AI/ML systems.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, utilizing a problem-solving mindset and leveraging expertise in AI/ML algorithms.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of AI/ML models, algorithms, and systems for knowledge transfer and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Graduated in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Required Visa Status: US Citizens or Green Card Holder
• Proven experience (3-6 years) in AI/ML development, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44.56 - $53.67 per hour
