Medical Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Verify patient information and collect payment
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with social media and editing
- Comfortable filming content for social media
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable giving IM and SubQ injections and drawing blood
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with treatments offered in clinic
NOTE: MUST be Medical Assistant certified
