Do you have a passion for film, social media, and creative storytelling? Philadelphia Jewish Film and Media (PJFM) is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and organized Marketing Associate (Part-Time) to join our team! In this position, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, helping us reach new audiences, and participate in capturing exciting moments at PJFM events.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation
    • Develop engaging content (written, visual, and video) for various marketing channels (website, social media, email).
    • Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials.
    • Research and identify trending topics and industry-best practices.
  • Social Media
    • Create and manage social media schedules.
    • Manage PJFM's social media identity across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including content calendar creation and scheduling posts.
    • Create engaging social media posts to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
    • Develop innovative ideas to boost digital engagement and audience interaction.
    • Analyze social media performance and generate reports.
  • Marketing Campaign
    • Assist with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online, print, events).
    • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Marketing Materials
    • Design and develop marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) using design software or templates.
    • Manage and maintain marketing collateral library.
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist with various marketing tasks as needed, including market research, competitor analysis, and budget management.
  • Events
    • Attend, photograph, and record key moments at PJFM for social media and marketing purposes.
    • Assist with other festival tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field (or equivalent internship experience).
    • Strong writing and editing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, etc.).
    • Ability to post consistently on social media (daily/weekly).
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics.
    • Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
    • Proficiency in Mailchimp for email marketing.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Basic filming and photography skills. (Smartphone with good camera quality is a plus).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Interest in film, digital media, and/or film festivals is a plus.
    • Appreciation for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow your skills.

      Please note that attending PJFM events is a requirement for this position. This is a part-time, hybrid position, offering an average of 10-25 flexible hours per week. Join our team and help us make a difference!
