Krintz Lawn Care and Landscaping, Inc. is a respected management and installation company that has been serving the Tippecanoe and White County areas for more than 30 years. Our mission is to provide high quality outdoor services with an industry-leading level of customer service. We take great pride in our design team and the custom projects they create that are functional, unique, that meets the needs and wants of our clients. Our company is growing and we are looking to add another Landscape Designer/ Estimator to our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential customers
• Site surveying, measuring and photographing (base plan creation)
• Design residential and commercial landscape plans (hardscape and softscape)
• Prepare and deliver proposals to customers
• Manage installation of projects with landscape crew
• Continued customer service

Required Experience/ Skills:

• High school diploma or GED, required
• Background in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, and/or Landscape Installation and Maintenance
• Plant knowledge and identification
• Customer service experience and capable of meeting with clients at their homes
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work with a team
• Experience with computers in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar
• Able to follow direction
• Detail oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop new sills, including budgeting, estimation and sales
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to read and write
• Highly organized and able to follow processes

Ideal Skills:

• Experience in QuickBooks
• Experience with CAD drafting software, preferably Dynascape
• Hand drawing and rendering
• Experience with 3D software, such as SketchUP

Certifications and Licenses

• Valid driver's license with clean record - must
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in landscape architecture or design field - preferred
