BŪCH Fermentary and Taproom, Minnesota’s first Hard Kombucha Company is expanding! Our new taproom in N.E. Minneapolis is in need of a Brewery Production Assistant for assistance with the entire production process. We are looking for a passionate learner with attention to detail, adaptability, a good driving record, and excellent time management. With the right skills and aptitude, this position has real potential for growth within BŪCH.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the brewing process, including measuring ingredients, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, such as tanks, pumps, and filters.
- Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Package finished products, including labeling, sealing, and palletizing.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency and compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry or craft beer industry.
- Knowledge of brewing processes and equipment is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain production equipment effectively.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
