Family Concierge (www.instagram.com/familyconciergetm) is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Part-Time Nanny-House Manager to provide top-tier childcare and day-to-day assistance for a fast-moving, professional family in Penfield, New York. • Knowledgeable in nutritional planning and able to prepare wholesome meals that cater to specific dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grocery shopping and errand running for the family
• Provide attentive after-school care, including homework assistance and engagement through structured activities
• Plan and prepare nutritionally balanced meals, managing all aspects of mealtime preparations and dietary adherence
• Oversee daily routines, ensuring all household tasks are completed efficiently
• Flexibility to meet changing family schedules and willingness to accommodate occasional additional hours - flexibility is imperative
• Utilize mindfulness and proactive behavior management techniques to maintain a calm, supportive home atmosphere.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 1 p.m. through 6 p.m.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability for occasional date nights, childrens’ activities with adequate notice
• Flexibility to provide care on school days off or when children may be home sick
• Occasional overnight and travel hours with adequate notice
• Guaranteed 20 hours per week

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar caregiving role.
• Strong references that confirm reliability, efficiency, and a genuine aptitude for working within private residences.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate of $25 to $28 , via payroll, commensurate with qualifications and experience
