As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy team in delivering quality patient care. Your expertise in medication preparation, inventory management, and patient service will contribute to the overall success of our family owned pharmacy.

CPHT certification is not required to apply. Within one year of hiring, the technician in training must sit for and pass the national boards for Pharmacy Technician Certification. Once completed, every two years continuing education hours (20) must be completed and reported.

Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in providing medication and healthcare products to patients
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Perform medication inventory management and ordering
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information
- Process point of sale transactions and handle billing inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

Experience:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician NOT REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
