The University Club is a prestigious private club, located in a historic, landmark building in the heart of Manhattan; offering unparalleled services to members - from gracious dining, luxurious accommodations and a variety of social events, to extensive athletic facilities. The University Club Library is the world’s largest private-club library. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Rooms Division team.
Position Summary
Respond to, and book/confirm guest rooms reservations. Check in and check out members/guest to the club, ensure proper room and miscellaneous postings, secure credit, answer questions, via phones and emails. Provide maximum levels of guest service and support the club’s rooms division to ensure memorable service to our members and guest.
