Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations

- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in diesel engines, transmissions, and other components

- Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical systems

- Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions

- Operate heavy equipment for testing and repairs

- Fabricate or modify parts as needed

- Perform hydraulic system repairs and maintenance

- Conduct tire service including mounting, balancing, and repairs

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines and related systems

- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics tools and software

- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

- Knowledge of hydraulics systems is a plus

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
