In this position the rotunda desk receptionist will assist patients with inquires on services provided, pricing and products available through different channels of communication.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Answering phones and effectively communicating with patients on their inquiries
- Responding to website requests
- Checking in patients and entering into the computer system
- Checking out patients and charging for services performed
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff
- Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery setting preferred
- Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer Service 1 year (Reauired)
- Monday - Friday
- Hours : 10: 00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No Weekends
