Job Summary:
Integrity First Caregivers is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA-Direct Support Professional to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This full-time, individual contributor role will provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities and special needs. As a CNA-Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The hourly rate for this position is $16 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities and special needs in a residential care setting.
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in activities and socialization opportunities.
- Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the health and safety of clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
