Intake Manager Position Summary:

This hybrid position is responsible for stewarding intake relationships and resources, communicating bed availability, timely response to ministry-wide program inquiries, the initial assessment of applications, and the successful navigation of the ministry's intake process. The essential skills are organization and communication. No other position has more influence over first impressions and conveying hope than the Intake Manager.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree recommended.
• A certified Peer Support Specialist is recommended.

Experience:

• One (1) to three (3) years of recommended experience in an administrative and ministry-related field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, email, Grammarly, and Google Docs skills.

Requirements:

• Valid state-issued driver's license and must be approved by The Foundry's insurance carrier.
• Periodic teaching and small group facilitation.
• Excellent calendar management and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues calmly.
• A servant leader who works well with others.
• Quick learner and enjoys the challenge of taking on new assignments.
