Primary Job Location: Roseville, CA, in person

Job Purpose & Position Overview:

The Receptionist answers incoming calls and greets guests, directing them to the appropriate party while providing excellent customer service. The Receptionist will be responsible for monitoring and rerouting emails to the appropriate party, opening, sorting, and scanning mail, ordering office supplies, and other miscellaneous office duties while upholding Panorama’s core values.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Accurately scan mail to appropriate parties
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Keep inventory of stock and advise of need to order office supplies
• Assist in tracking and maintaining office calendar including noting visitors
• Professionally and enthusiastically greet guests
• Cross train on industry knowledge, data entry, and other applicable insurance matters
• Utilize strong interpersonal & communication skills to maintain and enhance relationships with co-workers
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, copying, and faxing
• Represent the company with a positive, ethical, and professional manner over the phone, in writing and in person
• Multi-task in an ever-changing environment, while balancing collaboration with autonomy
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Qualifications:

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred
