Front Counter/ Phone

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Counter/Phone Person for full or part time. For this position we expect you to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food environment. You must be 16 or older to apply.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

· The ability to work under pressure

· Flexibility

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of POS systems

· Ability to accurately count

· Exceptional customer service skills

· The ability to work well in a team environment

· Excellent communication with customers both in person and over the phone

· Excellent interpersonal skills with other staff

· Nights and weekends are a requirement

· 11 am to 4pm

· 11am to 7pm
