**Job Overview:**

Team Survivor Northwest is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist the Program Director in maintaining and expanding high quality fitness programs for women at every stage of cancer treatment and recovery. The candidate will provide support in program implementation and evaluation, partner identification and outreach, and member communication.

**Duties:**

- Become generally familiar with core mission, organizational culture, and available TSNW programs

- Member communication: triage member emails, send program announcements, recommend programs

- Support registration processes (enter information into program software; troubleshoot member issues)

-Identify locations for future fitness programs and do initial screenings; set up meetings with potential partners

-Help draft outreach plans and assist with implementation (in collaboration with Communications team)

-Assist with onboarding instructors

-Program monitoring: format data for input into Salesforce and/or TeamUp

-Prepare materials for events as needed, such as program launches, instructor inservices, community tabling, etc.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, or related field.

- Proven experience in program management and development

- Strong writing skills (clear, concise, empathetic, and accurate)

- Strong research skills, including distilling information to make concrete recommendations

- Basic knowledge of evaluation and monitoring

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship management

- Experience working with individuals with cancer is a plus

- Ability to supervise and work with diverse teams effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
