Join us and become part of an outstanding team! Our busy specialty dental practice is looking for a full time office administrator for our Norwell office. You will be the patient's first point of contact with our office and as such, set the tone for each patient’s visit. Positive energy in person and over the phone is necessary. Your workday will include, but is not limited to:

• Appointment scheduling
• Answering phones
• Receiving and posting payments
• Checking insurance benefits
• Working with clinical staff to provide an outstanding patient experience

Our office has two locations (Milton and Norwell, MA).

The position is for a member of the 4 person front office team. You will answer the telephones, greet patients, and answer patient questions, schedule appointments, and take payments.

We: Are a highly progressive, innovative practice which focuses upon bone regeneration, periodontal therapies, implant therapies, TMJ and muscle pain, and Comprehensive Care. Many of the techniques we utilize we have developed and teach throughout the US and around the world. We work hand in hand with our medical spa, to ensure comprehensive care.
