**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility and equipment to ensure smooth operations. **Duties:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment. - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions. - Utilize schematics and logic controllers to diagnose problems. - Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs. - Fabricate or weld components as needed. - Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). - Provide excellent customer service to internal departments. **Requirements:** - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. - Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting. - Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques. - Experience with logic controllers and CMMS software. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. - Prior experience in supervising maintenance projects is a plus.
