The Allure Agency is in need of polished and professional bartenders, brand ambassadors and promotional models to work fun events in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of well-known brands.
• Promote the brands, products and services of various clients.
• Encourage event guest engagement.
• Distribute prizes and give aways.
• Tray pass promotional cocktails.
• Distribute prizes and giveaways to event goers
• Assist with photo moments.
• Perform light production tasks such as packing gift bags, as well as setting up/ breaking down event props and other decor essentials.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must live within 45 minutes of Dallas.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must be able to submit high quality photos of yourself
• Must have an upbeat, happy personality.
• Must have experience as a brand ambassador, promotional model, sales rep or working with the general public face to face.
• Must genuinely enjoy working with people.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Must submit a professional resume showing relatable experience.
• Must comprehend instructions well and execute tasks proficiently.
• Must NOT have any tattos on face or forearms.
• Must have an upbeat, happy, can-do attitude and the ability to follow instructions confidently and quickly.
• Individuals that do not genuinely love interacting with and being of service to people need NOT apply.
