Sentinel Lubricants Inc is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Chicago, IL

Sentinel Lubricants, a manufacturer of synthetic greases and oils, located in Miami Gardens, FL, is seeking an extroverted, full-time outside sales representative with commercial/industrial sales experience to cover the territory of Chicago, Illinois. You WILL become one of the most highly compensated salespersons in our industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales strategies and technical training processes in all product sectors that are relevant to each market.

2. Build relationships with business owners at all levels of distribution.

3. Technically train current customers in all relevant products for their business needs.

4. Develop new trade partners through prospect networking to increase market share sales.

5. Attend and promote Sentinel’s products at regional/local trade shows and events.

Requirements:

1. Must be fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales management. Preferably lubricant products.

3. Must submit weekly reports.

4. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset in developing accounts in a consultative manner.

5. Initiative-taking and enthusiastic with an upbeat selling style and energetic attitude.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7. Clear background check

8. Valid and clean driver license record

9. Ability to use MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point).
