Little Beans Playhouse is looking for creative, kind, and energetic Early Childhood Teachers and Assistants to join our program. The ideal candidate loves and understands young children, enjoys working with them, is able to maintain a structured environment, develops positive relationships with children and their families, engages with their tiny students and offers them safe play time and an overall fun schedule.

Strong customer service skills and a positive work attitude are a must, as you will be a role model for our toddlers and preschoolers. Little Beans provides a positive work environment where all team members feel valued and respected. We also provide extensive training and learning opportunities to allow teachers to advance in their early childhood career.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining an age-appropriate schedule, implementing curriculum, as well as providing care to children (ages 0-10), and ensuring a clean, safe environment for everyone. Meal prep and maintaining a sanitary classroom will also be part of your daily tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must complete a variety of Early Childhood Classes within first 90 days of employment as well as immediately obtain a CPR/AED and First Aid certification (all supported by Little Beans Playhouse)
